Terms and Conditions | Eleven Aesthetics

1. Professional Standards
Eleven Aesthetics is operated by a Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registered professional. All treatments are performed in accordance with professional clinical standards and the required specialist training.

2. Consultations & Patch Testing

• Mandatory Requirement: A full consultation and patch test must be completed at least 24–48 hours prior to your first treatment.
• Safety First: If a patch test is not performed or if you fail to disclose relevant medical history, the treatment cannot be carried out.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend, full payment for the scheduled treatment will be required.

4. Punctuality & Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced or cancelled to avoid delaying subsequent clients.
• In the event of a late arrival that prevents the treatment from proceeding, you will still be charged the full price of the service.

5. Payment Terms

• All treatments must be paid for in full before leaving the premises on the day of your appointment.
• We reserve the right to request a booking fee/deposit to secure your appointment time.

6. Liability
Eleven Aesthetics is not liable for adverse reactions if you have provided inaccurate medical information during your consultation or failed to follow the prescribed aftercare advice.

7. Aftercare Responsibilities

• Adherence to Advice: Following your treatment, you will be provided with specific aftercare instructions (verbally and/or in writing). It is your responsibility to follow these instructions strictly to ensure optimal results and minimise the risk of complications.
• Reporting Concerns: In the unlikely event of an unexpected reaction or concern, you must contact Eleven Aesthetics immediately for professional guidance.
• Liability Limitation: Eleven Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results, infections, or adverse reactions caused by a failure to follow the provided aftercare plan or the use of non-recommended products during the healing phase.
